Hi,
I want to design the Vbus compatator for USB OTG circuit. The most high voltage of Vbus is 5.25V, but the 0.18um process only provides 3.3V device. Therever, the highest gate voltage will be 5.25V. Who can help me or tell me the design idea ?

That may seem a stupid answer but can't you think of having a passive attenuation the input ? Maybe your passive device would have higher voltage handling ?
