Hello

In the article "Simple Accurate Expressions for Planar Spiral Inductances" (IEEE JOURNAL OF SOLID-STATE CIRCUITS, VOL. 34, NO. 10, OCTOBER 1999) I found some formulas for calculating planar inductance. One of them is shown on the picture below. Unfortunately in article the authors missed to mention measurment units - both for geometrical parameters and Inductance.

Did somebody use these formulas? What are the units?

using metres will return henries.
