Hi all,

I was thinking if it is possible to plot operating point parameters of a transistor vs. time in spectre (assuming I am running a transient simulation)?

Okay, it is possible. I have found a solution using AWD, simple the oppoints should be saved like save M0:oppoint in an additional spectre file.
