Title: CML - to - CMOS conversion Post by Mayank on Dec 3rd, 2009, 3:24am Hi all, I have a low-noise CML oscillator (phase-noise -50dBc@10k)with an osc. frequency of 2.6 GHz at 1.2V supply. I need to convert CML oscillation to rail-to-rail oscillation(CMOS levels or full swing) maintaining nearly similar noise profile..... Any suggestions on Implementation of Low-Noise Buffers & the current consumption for the buffer i can expect ? --mayank. |
