Hi,
If i am not wrong, it's mostly used in CDR circuits right ??
Check with RAMBUS, but i think they probably sell the complete IP of a CDR ckt rather than individual component IPs.

hi,
rambus do compltely digital CDR, so you don't see this kind of detector. Now a dys it's hard to found that ckt. Why you want only that cell.

Thanks,
rajasekhar.

Thanks Mayank and Rajasekhar.

Yes, I am building a CDR circuit with a different approach; my circuit in addition to hogge phase detectors, makes use of ADCs, comparators, and so on. I have purchased the other chips from a company called "Analog Devices". All I have to do is put them all together on a PCB.

However, I am still trying to find a hogge phase detector or any other phase detector either digital or analog, so I don't need to spin out chip for just this.

Please help folks!

Best regards,

bhavuli
