Dear all,

I am trying to simulate my PCB with FR4 substarte but I

could not find the parameters of this substarte.

Does anyone have this information ?

Alez,

this is not an easy task, as each FR4 supplier has its own manufacturing "receipt". The best way to get acceptable results is to get the parameters from your PCB supplier. The parameters depend on the exact materials used. Also take care on gold plating and so which may modify your line thickness.

FR4 is not a good choice of PCB substrate for circuits that operates at above 1 GHz.
