"I'm designing a vehicle for transportation. It should be high speed and low power. Any guidance is appreciated"

1. What are you transporting e.g; humans, timber, antique porcelain bowls... ?
2. How fast is high speed? 10 mph? 100 ? 1000 ?
3. What is low power? 1 horse? 100? 10,000 ?
4. What are the performance criteria - comfort, tonnage, fuel efficiency, ... ?
