Title: mtline spectre connection
Post by hpvlsi on Jun 12th, 2013, 10:43am

When using mtline model in cadence spectre schematic simulation, why I can not connect output of one mtline to output of another mtline? (warnings show there will be short circuit and floating nodes)

hpvlsi,

You are getting a warning because you are shorting two outputs.
Tested the case of two mtlines outputs shorted and the simulation
seems to run. Does your circuit simulate?

Hi,
the simulation result is fine, I just do not like the warnings, and http://www.cadence.com/community/forums/T/26497.aspx solves it.
Thanks.
