2. What is difference between 3-dB, RMS and Knee Frequency?

A signal is usually considered high speed requiring Transmission Line methods if the length of the signal track is long compared with the highest frequency of interest in the signal.
The 3dB frequency is the frequency at which the power is reduced by one half. The half-power point is approximately 3 dB down.
