Can you give me an example spectre model card and the same card for HSPICE ---- for montecarlo simulations.

egs for a mosfet would be great.

I think MOSIS may have some model cards for their processes (and wouldn't require the same non-disclosure agreement (NDA) as proprietary information from a foundry).
