Title: Incorrect hierarchical Calibre PEXR extraction Post by pazhasi on Jul 5th, 2016, 2:35am Hello all, While doing Hierarchical extraction with Calibre PEXr, i am encountering incorrect dc currents. almost 80%less. I am blackboxing a component which is connected to the source of the MOS and the interconnect between source and the pin of the component is showing 20mV (which ideally should be zero) and hence the current is less.. Any ideas ?.. In calibre pex, hcells of the component is added and the LVS box command is used. The PEX finshes without any error.. |
