Hello members,

1. How difficult is it to switch from MMIC (GaAs&GaN) design to RFIC (CMOS) domain?
2. As world is moving towards 5G (uWave), is it good idea to switch from MMIC to RFIC?

I am working as a MMIC designer focusing on the design and development of Power Amplifiers and Low Noise amplifiers (2+ years, India).
I am fully confused because of limited opportunities.

I am strongly looking for your suggestions.
