short channel effect!

hi,i have a problem:i must simulate a mixer based on gilbert cell with aplac and i have a model for cmos,but in tha analitic expressione of IP3 i have a THETA parameter , for compare the results tha i give from the simulation,but i don't know what i do to give the THETA for my cmos models.If someone have any information...please help me.thanks

From your post it sounds like theta is a model parameter, but then you also say that it is involved somehow in an analytic expression of IP3. I'm confused by that. It would be useful to know what MOS model you are using. Several of the common MOS models have a theta parameter, and they seem to be different.
