Lambda in Austria Micro Systems

Hi I'm( http://www.designers-guide.com/Forum/YaBBImages/huh.gif
Huh) using Austrian microsystems 0.35um process (BSIM3v3) in conjuction with the cadence suite. WHere on earth does it stae the lambda (channel length modulation) values. Length=0.35um.  Thanks in advance ???

Hi,

I think you should do the characterisation to find out the value of lambda.
