hsim vs nanosim vs mach vs ultrasim vs starsimXT (Read 6050 times)

hsim vs nanosim vs mach vs ultrasim vs starsimXT

Which one is fastest ? I read hsim is the best, but mainly for memory. How to compare ? Any ideas ?

i can't tell you which one is the fastest.
but i think hsim is more compatible with hspice,it take you less time to use.

if you design envirment is Cadence ,you can choose hsim
and ultralsim , they all support mixmode simulation with ncsim
nanosim support mixmode simulation with VCS


I commend hsim,it is easy to use and maybe the fastest
simulator.

Hi,

UltraSim can also support the Hspice netlist format. And it has embeded in the Analog Design Environment in Cadence.
So I think UltraSim is your best choice.
