Hi all,
1.)How to model flux MiM in CMOS process for RF IC design ?

2.)Is there any concern to use flux MiM for RF IC?

I have 5~6 metal layers.

Thank you.

Hi Roger,
I guess by now you should have done it. Anyway, just to share some of my experienced:
1.)How to model flux MiM in CMOS process for RF IC design ?
I used standard pi model, the series branch are a cap, resistor and a inductor in series.

2.)Is there any concern to use flux MiM for RF IC?
Probably only applicable for very small cap value . Others might have better explanation.
