Dear all,

   Could I use the s-parameter machine to measure the VCO output impedance?
   As we provide the Vdd to the VCO, it will generate the frequency with the output power. If I use the s-parameter to measure the output impedance, is the result corret and will it destroy the s-parameter machine?
