plotting lambda and kappa in Cadence

how do you get lambda and Kappa (u_nC_ox) of a transistor and plot it against some sweep variable?  Any suggestion will be helpful.

Thanks

use the calculator tool. For example, vary Vgs for a simple NMOS. Id = 0.5*un*Cox*W/L*(Vod)^2; manipulate this for un*Cox = f(Id, Vod, W/L) and plot. You'll get un*Cox = fn(Vgs) because you swept Vgs. I hope it helps.
