using strobed noise (tdnoise in Spectre for jitter
Feb 10th, 2005, 8:24am

Hello All,

I ran PSS/Pnoise and set the timedomain feature on in Spectre for my Oscillator. I used Maxsidebands as 12. The Sweeptyp was selected as Absolute.

After the simulation completed I plotted in PSS form voltage vs. Spectrum. I got a Sinx/X type plot.

For pk-pk should I now Square the Voltage and integrate over the BW and then take sqaure root and then divide the number by the Slew Rate of the oscillator.

Thx
