Hi, I am looking out for references on High speed(800Mhz to 1GHz) LVDS Receiver with 30 mV of hysterisis with a input voltage swing of 80mV.
The major problem is the comparator which is limiting the frequency of operation of the LVDS. With hysterisis of 30mV the conventional static comparator architecture with preamplifier, postive feedback circuit and self biasing circuit, it is very difficult to get it working at 800Mhz. Does anyone any suggestions for this.
