opamp overshoot

hi guys,

im studying opamp right now can, im new to all of this...
i have a problem with voltage overshoot at the beginning of the output of an inverting opamp...how do i eliminate or reduce this?

Please, be more detailed and more specific (type of opamp, gain, voltages, amount of overshoot,..)
