how to measure the out psd by spectreRF

Hi,I'm designing a pa.I want to know the out psd of it and the bandwidth is 3G-10G.Would you like to tell me how to do that by spectreRF? Thanks!  ::)

What is the stimulus signal?
Do you want to apply a 3GHz - 10GHz input signal and look at the output signal, or do you want to look at narrower band signals over that band?

Yes,the input signal's bandwidth is 3GHz-10Ghz.And i want to see the output signal's power density over that band.Thanks!
