I am designing a Switched Capacitor based Charge Scaling DAC. It requires a capacitor with two poly separated by SiO2. But in the Cadence Library capacitors available are  MIMCAPM_RF, MIMCAPS_MM,NCAP_MM,PCAP_MM.
Tool: Cadence Virtuoso ADE 0.18um.
