Importing a Spice model with VSWITCH in Cadence Spectre
Aug 16th, 2011, 6:28am

Hello everyone.
I am trying to include the ZVN2106G Spice Model in Cadence Spectre. In the model are 4 voltage contolled switches. These voltage contolled switches causes error messages when I try to simulate the ZVN2106G Spice Model in Spectre. The simulation log file is shown in the attachment. The procedure I used was already published in

by Frank Wiedmann. With this method I have already successful implemented Spice subcircuits in Spectre. But they didnīt have voltage contolled switches. Does anyone know in which way I can adapt the ZVN2106G Spice model to make it compatible with Spectre ?

Thanks !
