BSIM3v3.2.4 User Manual

Dear All,
I am searching for the document "BSIM3v3.2.4 MOSFET Model - Users’ Manual, UC Berkeley - 1999". But I am not able to find this document at http://www-device.eecs.berkeley.edu/~bsim3/.
Can anybody have this document and share it.

I don't have a copy of the 3.2.4 manual, and I can't find it on the web site either.

If you just want the equations, then almost everything you need would be in the 3.2.3 manual, which is part of this archive:
