Help needed in Transistor modelling

Hey guys I am trying to model a ZnO based TFT for a touch screen application and I am Stuck with no proper mathematical models available onlne or at least I didnt find any. I am primarily using Verilog-A and I would appriciate any help I can get in this regard

Are you unable to find any TFT models, or just none for ZnO-based devices?
