Analog Switch Problem
Oct 27th, 2014, 8:51am

Hi,

i try to connect -40V charge pump output to the load by use of an Analog Switch. I though of attached idea of implementation in the red box.

The concept with PMOS transistors is perfectly working for a 150V supply, but i have problems with the attached NMOS implementation for -40V.

What can be the problem here?
