A really good tutorial on PSS
Mar 30th, 2016, 9:27am

Hi,

Could you please provide me some really good materials on PSS. I want to know what PSS actually does and what those parameters actually mean. I have a very basic idea. I want to know in detail.

Thanks!

Other than the various papers available from this website, I know of no 'how to' for RF simulation in general. I did write a survey paper on RF simulation, Introduction to RF simulation and its application, but that is is a general overview and does not address many of the practical issues.

Hi Ken,

Does your book on "The Designer's Guide to SPICE and Spectre" discuss about Spectre RF? I looked at the contents, but I couldn't find Spectre RF..

Thanks!

No, it was written before SpectreRF was released.
