How do you create custom views (power point, word, Excel) in Virtuoso (what are the steps, files needed to do that)?

Typically you need to register an application with deRegApp so that Virtuoso knows what code to trigger when opening the view, and to create information about the files in the view in a data.reg file. Try searching the documentation for data.reg and deRegApp to get some more info - there will also be examples (I'm sure) on the Cadence support.cadence.com site.

Regards,

Andrew
