Research topics in RFIC/MMIC design
Dec 18th, 2017, 11:04pm

Hi all,

I started my career in MMIC design and I work on designing of Power Amplifiers, LNAs, Mixers, switches... etc.

Besides this, I am interested to do research in RFIC/MMIC design field.
It would be helpful for me, if anyone can suggest good research topics.
and kindly provide some inputs to start with.

Thank you in advance.

Regards,
Santosh
