Hi everyone,

I am currently designing a injection lock LC oscillator for the passive RFID using cadence spectre RF simulator. My injection signal frequency is 5.8GHz. My free running LC oscillator design frequency is 11.6GHz. I want to know how you lock the injected signal to the free running frequency (2nd harmonic of the injected signal). Can anyone please help me how to determine the locking range. I need to know how you do it in cadence.
