Hay,

Did you find the books?
I got following -

. Designers guide to verilog-ams
. Analog behavioral modelling with verilog-A language

I think, by now you must have read these books?
Can you give a suggestion? WHich one is better?

Analog Behavioral Modelling with Verilog-A Language by Fitzpatrick is very old, and only covers a subset of Verilog-A and does not cover Verilog-AMS at all. It is not very useful at this point. The Designer's Guide to Verilog-AMS by Kundert and Zinke is new this year and covers all of Verilog-AMS.  It is clearly the best today. Go with it.
