Hi Guys:

I hope you could guide me in suggesting a reliable testbench circuit for active mixer, does the testbench differs for different simulation such as PSS, PAC or PNOISE. Thanks in advance

There exists an applicaiton note from cadence regarding mixer design:
"Mixer Design Using SpectreRF Application Note"
Unfortunately I have only a printed version, but if you search for the title at gioogle,... I am sure you will find the pdf.
