Prasad,

chose a foundry and ask them to get the design kit. This goes with some paperwork (NDA and so). Different foundries have different devices, so the models differ. You cannot take any model and hope to get the same result when integrating in a different foundry.

For academic purposes, you can register with Mosis or Europractice and get design kits at low fees from them.

Finally, you can try Google and see if anybody forgot to comply with the NDA ;)
