Hi

C. Wolff has contributed a chapter on CAD tools and analysis to "Delta-Sigma data converters: theory, design, and simulation", by Steven R. Norsworthy, Richard Schreier, Gabor C. Temes.

I don't know at which university Wolff graduated, maybe you can find something on the lab web site or contact the local library.
