Title: pNOISE analysis USING CADENCE spectere Post by rjshmadala on Jan 8th, 2006, 3:37am Hi Guys, when i was running pnoise analysis in cadence spctre it saying as below Internal error found in spctere during p noise analysis please run 'get spectre files' or send the netlist.............. to support@cadence.com assertion failed in file 'bsim3v3.c'at line 44995 assertion failed. pss was running correctly can u guys please solve this issue. i set the parameters as in cadence manual http://www.cadence.com/community/virtuoso/resources/SpectreRF_VCO533AN.pdf but still the error was coming.
