Hi All

Anyone know the if a IC Design Technologist will need to semidocnductor device modelling or more to understand the process technology and giving advice to circuit designer?

Anyone know which site or book we can read to understand the knowledge needed to be a IC Technologist

I am not sure what you mean by IC Design Technologist. If you mean layout designer, Art of Analog Layout is a good book.

Well, the technology developper has to characterize the device. In that way, all information regarding process and modeling (which is also linked to process activities) are welcome
