Does the number of sidebands in a PNoise simulation have to be smaller or equal to the number of sidebands in the accompanying PSS simulation?

In PSS you specify harmonics, in PNoise you specify sidebands. That being said, there is no relationship between the two. You specify what you are going to use, if you don't need to see them, you can set the number of harmonics computed by PSS to zero.
