Hi all,
I am new to cadence...I want to use ocean scripting..I read some tutorials and read a little in oceanref with the cadence documentation...but I dont know where I can write these commands :( whenever I wrote them it gives error..either on terminal or in the CIW that is the first window that opens in cadence...I feel I cant start using ocean..please help..
BTW: I read about a file called .oceanrc I cant find this file , am I supposed to make it?? and what is it used for?

first start ocean by typing ocean in the terminal, then you can input ocean commands.
