Look at the Modeling link on the Designer's Guide site (yes, this site): http://www.designers-guide.org/Modeling/ - it has links to information about the PSP model.

Regards,

Andrew.

It was 2 presentation about surface-potential modeling at ICECS-2004
(Intnl. Conf. on Electronics, Circuits and Systems).
If you can't find the proceedings, leave me PM with you e-mail, I'll send you these presentations.

Or look for "Daniel Foty" together with "Gilgamesh Associates" in the Internet

Best,
Michael

I don't believe Foty is actually involved in the development of any of the sp-based models.

I would instead recommend papers by Gildenblat or Klaassen (PSP) or Miura-Mattausch (HiSIM), some of which were presented at the Workshop on Compact Modeling (http://www.ntu.edu.sg/home/exzhou/WCM/)

Geoffrey,

you are right, Daniel Foty is not involved into the development, but he is SELLING the models and simulations approaches. So, from his presentations it is possible to understand what he is selling. Addition to that he is an interesting guy, and fun to speak with. I enjoyed the presentations and conversation.

How can he sell a public-domain model (PSP)??
