Title: Checks prior to Tape out Post by Faisal on May 3rd, 2006, 5:37am I have designed a switched capacitor amplifier to be used in the ADC. I would like to know about the manual checks prior to tapeout, which the DRC does not perform. for instance 1) Electromigaration (Current Densities and/or Via Densities) 2) Latchup. Any other things that one need to know of ??
