My foundry just update design kit from BSIM3v3 to BSIM4v4. My oscillator can not converge in transient and pss simulation. It converges easily with old BSIM3v3 kit. I am using icfb 5.1.41. I am wondering do I need to change the simulator setup when I migrate from BSIM3v3 to BSIM4v4. Thanks.

You shouldn't need to change anything. Did you do any sanity checks on the new models? Eg, run Id/Vd curves and make sure they look similar.
