Title: Noise Contribution Post by butcher_tekkotsu on Jun 29th, 2006, 11:32pm Hi all, I'm working on LNA design using Spectre. But It looks some simulation problem on NF. NF result in S parameter analysis is 5-10dB worse than I expected. So I'd like to know what is the main contributer of Noise in the circuit. Does anyone knows how to simulate noise contribution in Spectre? |

Title: Re: Noise Contribution Post by sheldon on Jul 1st, 2006, 10:10am Tekkotsu, Try the ADE noise summary, Results --> Print(?) --> Noise Summary(?). It is intended to help designers understand the source of noise in their circuits. Best Regards, Sheldon |
