Hi!
I am simulating a VCO at 60 GHz.
There is a MIM capacitor model provided by the Fab.
I exported the layout in .gds format and ran some
EM simulations on a third-party software (Sonnet).
The simulations in Sonnet are quite different as compared
to the fab model. So i want to import the files from Sonnet.
Sonnet exports the simualtion files in Two formats. '.dat' and '.scs'.
In the cadence 'icfb' window i cannot see these formats for import.
Is there any way over it?

I don' think you need to import it.
Using the Analog design environment, you simply include the .scs file in the model path (In ADE->Setup->Model Libraries).
Then in your testbench you instantiate a component with the right terminals which reads that model file...
Anyway I guess the .scs file is just a netlist of lumped components and values, from which it should be easy to create a schematic view.

Can anyone let me know the expansion of '.scs' ?
Just want to know if there is one. I know why it is used.

I believe that the .scs suffix stands for 'spectre circuit simulator'. If you use it, Spectre assumes the contents of the file are in the Spectre netlist language, so no "simulator lang=spectre" is required.
