Hi,
I'm going to develop a test plan to test the Controller Block of Synchronous DC DC Buck converter driven by MOS gates.The controller has analog and digital both the module. I need to generate the test bench for this controller automatically depending on the given behavioral modelling of the controller.Could you plz provide me any idea so that I can proceed and the test plan should cover all the faults.....?

Why don't you start with a detailed performance product specification of a similar product, and develop testing to cover all the specification parameters in there?

Lots of these type of converters out there, and it serves as a reasonable starting point.
