Title: How to estimate corner frequency in phasenoise Post by tjaf on Oct 4th, 2006, 8:24am Hi, When simulating the phasenoise of my ring oscillator, I get positive values of L(f) in dBc/Hz at small frequency offsets. I know this is due to the fact that the simulation cannot predict the corner frequency at which the phasenoise curve flattens out. But how can you know where this corner frequency is located in the L(f) curve? Thanks, Nick |
