Title: Analog filter output noise?? Post by sch on Oct 16th, 2006, 12:45am Hi,everyone Didi anyone know how to simulate the analog filter output noise by Hspice or Spectre?and How is the accuracy in simulation? SCH |
Title: Re: Analog filter output noise?? Post by ACWWong on Oct 16th, 2006, 2:25am do a noise analysis. the accuarcy is dependant on the PDK model files, but is usually very good at non-RF frequencies (< a few hundred MHz). doing an ac analysis as well to confirm the small signal response is also worthwhile to ensure your operating point for you small signal sweeps (ac, noise) is correct. |
