Title: Statistical Analysis in Spectre Post by SATurn on Oct 24th, 2006, 1:57pm Hi, I am modeling an analog system in Spectre and as a part of this modeling I need to include mismatch effects to some parameters like some voltages, and some resistor/capacitor values. For example, to model a resistor I would like to model it as: R*(1+p+m), in which R is the nominal resistor value, "p" is a random number shows the process variation and is the same for all resistors (in each run), and "m" presents the mismatch effect among resistors. Has anybody any idea that how I can add this feature to standard library of Cadence/Spectre. This is simply possible in SPICE, however, I have no idea how it could be done in Spectre. Thanks in advance, SATurn |
