Title: Model a Bandgap and PTAT current
Post by uncle_ezra on Dec 7th, 2006, 12:40am

Hi,

Has anyone tried to model the bandgap or PTAT current using either Verilog or other means across temperature? PTAT can be modeled simply by using a current source and entering a positive temperature coefficient. For bandgap you could add a positive and a negative temperature coefficient. Any better ways?

Thanks
