Title: Is it possible to obtain Bsim1,2 model for 0.18u ?
Post by Alm on Jan 10th, 2007, 8:51am

Hello,

Would anybody know if it is possible to find level 13 and level 39 (BSIM1, 2) data for a 0.18u process.

On the Mosis website I can only find the BSIM3v3 (level 49) data. Would there be any archives, or any other organization where I could get BSIM2  data?

Regards,
Alm P.

I don't know where you can find that.

Why do you need those models instead of BSIM3?

I want to use the Meyer Capacitance model to calculate the gate capacitance. For models before level 49, this can be done by setting CAPOP=2.

In level 49 and beyond, only the CAPMOD parameter is defined, and meyer models cannot be used.

This is why I want to use the BSIM1, 2 models.

Thanks,
Alm.
